We understand that things happen! In the event that your appointment cancellation is less than 24 hours, a 50% fee will incur. ALL NO-CALL, NO SHOW, OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A 100% FEE. Failure to satisfy these requests will deem you unable to book future appointments with Skylar Harvey Skincare. Additionally, habitual changing of appointments will deem you ineligible to book online using the Vagaro app and/or website.

We adhere to a 15 minute late policy in which your appointment will be cancelled if you are 15 or more minutes late.

We also ask that you do your best to arrange child care for your appointments as Lume is not a suitable environment for children and we do our best to ensure that all guests have a relaxing and fulfilling time in our space.
